An invitation to join us can be extended to anyone interested in improving their community through service.
Contact our membership chair at: membership@AltrusaRuidoso.com. You will be invited to attend our monthly meeting. After attending two meetings, if you decide to join us you must:
- Be sponsored by a member in good standing.
- Have the desire to help others.
- Believe that a few people can make great things happen.
- Pay initial dues of $95. (Includes a one time processing fee of $10, and $5 to help with the cost of materials.)
Reponsibilities of Membership:
- Make an effort to know and practice Altrusa ideals.
- Attend meetings regularly.
- Accept comittee assignments and participate in projects.
- Assist in fund raising activities, including ticket sales and other participation.
- Pay annual dues of $80 by June 1 each year.
When we meet:
Third Tuesday of each month at 5pm at First Christian Church on Hull Rd.
Additional meetings as necessary to accomplish our projects.
